Public Purchase - Part Eight

Groaning I pull the sweaty boots off with a huff, wriggling my delicate toes as I grumble under my breath at Aurelia's distaste for socks and underwear. Clambering over to the computer I heave my lithe frame up onto the seat, slumping over slightly as I feel my heavy chest hang forward with me.

My eyes shift to the papers, my gaze locking to homework that seemed to be weeks and weeks old at this point.

"Has she not done anything since we..." I grumble, my eyes narrowing as I wonder whether she even looked at this homework since we agreed to the swap. reaching over I snatch the top item from the pile, a series of questions relating to Romeo and Juliet as my eyes begin to dart between my questions.

Despite my poor vision I slowly begin to read the work I would be expected to complete. As I sit down to try and tackle the overdue homework I quickly find myself making short work of it the questions largely just requiring a surface level reading in various texts of English Literature and basic knowledge of historical events. I worry for a moment that the wine slowly seeping into my system would ruin my handwriting, my already terrible scrawling likely to decay to an illegible mess. However, as I lose myself to answering the mind numbing questions I soon find my handwriting shifting to a neat and cursive script with cute loops and flourishes that leave me a giggling mess.

"Did Meredith make her learn..." I chortle, watching in amazement as I draft the fancy yet barely legible text.

Before long I soon exhaust all the humanities subjects in the pile, my delicate hand cramping after writing more about Macbeth and Hamlet in the past hour or two than I had done in the past decade in academia.

Public Purchase - Part Seven

My gaze slowly drifts as well, slowly falling to a small wine rack resting atop the counter at the far edge. With a giddy grin I point at that, a knowing smirk soon forming on my lips.

"Can we start with that?" I ask, Meredith whipping around to look at what I'm pointing at. Her hands quickly fly to her hips before she twists back around, her gaze narrowing behind her glasses to a glare.

"Aurelia Marigold-Prim..." she begins to snap, her shouting of my extended name coming to a stop as she bites her lip and her eyes drift up in thought. "I suppose... You do have a fully formed... well at least the part that counts for present purposes..." she mutters, walking over and pulling a bottle of red from the top of the rack.

"Okay, we can share" she states, pulling two glasses from one of the open cabinets. "But one, I need to hear more about my new daughter, and two..." she states, placing the glasses down before uncapping the wine and pouring the glasses. "We still need to go over the ground rules, before Sammie gets home at least."

Public Purchase - Part Six

A small stone wall wraps around the entrance to the clearing, the older woman bringing the pickup truck to a stop close to a cute little wooden gate. Flower beds and trees dot the landscape beyond the fence, creating an extensive garden in front of a rustic stone cottage sitting beyond.

With a click of her seat belt the older woman turns to climb out of the driver's seat, pausing for a moment to look back at me with a more serious expression.

"Come on, we have to get this thing planted before Sammy gets home" she states, hoping down to the path below before stretching a little. "Besides, you and I need to have a talk. Don't think you can just take over for Aurelia without any ground rules."

I sit in the large and heavily worn seat for a moment, my hands fidgeting with the hem of my lime green polka dot sundress as I try to wrap my head around what the dark haired woman had said. I blow some of the red hair from my face, the gears inside my skull whirring as I find the sudden thrusting of myself back into living under a parent's thumb difficult to parse.

Suddenly, a loud thumping rings through the cabin of the pickup, the loud drumming causing me to jump with a loud squeal.

"Come on!" barks the dark haired woman, opening my door as she continues to hammer the roof of the vehicle. "I carted this thing into the truck without Aurelia's help, you can at least help me get it to the house."

Public Purchase - Part Five

Taking a deep breath I watch as the bus pulls out, the warm sun above me feeling almost heavenly and deeply distracting as I feel it on my arms. I hold them out a little past the brim of my hat, taking in the warmth and taking a deep breath of fresh mountain air as a warm smile creeps across my lips.

"Okay... I'm home... I guess..." I giggle, shimmying my hips from side to side with glee as I look over the quiet early afternoon streets. While likely bustling and full on the weekend and holidays, the town seemed largely dead without tourists and visitors to fill the cafes and stores lining the shopping district.

Swallowing hard, running my tongue along my slightly crooked teeth, I try to remember what Aurelia had told me about getting home.

"Up the street?" I mutter, looking around at the intersection I had found myself in. "She said something about a dirt road right? Yeah... I mean..." I huff, struggling to remember everything that happened in the rush to make the bus after our surgery.

As I wander down to the corner, glancing up and down the streets in the hopes of getting some sort of insight into where to go, I spy sight of a tall and lanky young woman waving at me excitedly from down the street.

Public Purchase - Part Four

As I go to say something more, holding up the bus pass, the driver just nods at me before tapping on a small device by the hand railing and then to a sign requesting that passengers don't speak to the driver while the bus is in motion.

Nodding to him, and more than a little desperate to sit down as I feel my shrunken frame jostle and shake thanks to the rough ride of the bus, I quickly scan my pass as I turn my attention to the bus at large.

As I reach the seats I find the bus a completely empty bus, taking a seat up the back for privacy.

Public Purchase - Part Three

Sighing a little as I swing my legs over the bed I stare at the floor beneath me. It seems so much further away, the dangling slender yet athletic legs reaching far less further down than I was used to.

"We should probably..." I begin to mutter, only to be cut off by Aurelia.

"Get dressed?..." Aurelia muses, thinking for a moment even after talking over me. "Yeah, I mean sure. You do have to get the bus home, and that thing takes forever" she groans, throwing her head back and flinching slightly as the expected sensation of hair against her back simply doesn't come.

Public Purchase - Part Two

"We're on the clock now" he chuckles, leaning into my room through the doorway. "You just sit tight, I'll be back soon enough once I've checked on... Ms. Aurelia Marigold-Primrose Augusta Alice-Elizabeth Daniels" Doctor Jones muses, cocking an eyebrow as he reads out the long winding name.

"That's going to be fun to write out... You sure know how to pick 'em" the doctor laughed, muttering under his breath as he leaves the room to check on the other half of the procedure.

Public Purchase - Part One

Sitting up in the hospital bed I can't help but forget and shift in place. The sound of my paper gown fills me ear, the subtle beeps from nearby rooms grounding me in the clinical clean environment.

The coarse and crisp sheet shift against my exposed behind, the hairs catching on the material and acting as a constant reminder of just how little the tiny garment I wore really covered.

"Mr. Hughes?" Calls a firm yet warm voice from the doorway into the shared room, the other beds thankfully being empty for the time being.

My gaze snaps to the dark-skinned man standing by the doorway, his hand knocking at the frame in lieu of any real door to tap at. The man, in his late thirties, stands dressed in a pair of green scrubs beneath a practically glowing white lab coat that catches almost too much light from the fluorescent sitting the ceiling.

Alternate Lives - Part Five

As I come to the landing I slow down, glancing around to make sure no one will notice me slipping back into my apartment. As I peer down from the stairwell I find my door slightly ajar, the sound of creaking floorboards coming from within. My blood runs cold as I hear the thumping footsteps echo from inside, the thought of just who could be in my apartment sending shivers down my spine.

"Burglar?" I whisper under my breath, creeping closer and closer to the door. It was hard to be subtle in this body, the massive assets doing little to assist in my sneaking.

I couldn't stop a burglar, not looking like this. This body was better built for being gawked at in the street than fighting off a home intruder. Still, I had to know just what was going on in my apartment. If they found the device in my closet, my resting brainless body, then who knows what might happen.

Leaning towards the gap in the door I creak it open just a little bit, shuffling as quietly as I can to get a better view. Peering inside with my pale green eyes I watch in horror as a man paces around my apartment buck naked, one hand wrapped around his cock and the other rubbing his stubble-covered face.

My own stubble-covered face.

Alternate Lives - Part Four

Opening the door I check the coast is clear before slipping out, sneaking down the hall and to the stairs as I begin to make the trek to my favorite little cafe as this mysterious young woman Imogen Hall.

Thankfully, the normally quiet hallway outside is empty as per usual. While my neighbors would come and go, sometimes stopping to chat and gossip, they wouldn't stick around for long. I'm forced to fight back a squeal as I race to the stairs, my overwhelming chest threatening to drag me to the ground as the heaving of the massive mounds of saggy fat become too intense.

I'm forced to slow as I take my first unsteady steps down the stairs, my tiny pudgy hand gripping the railing as I try to watch where exactly I'm standing. The wall of flesh and flab beneath me stymies my efforts however, the heavy sloshing milk bags blocking practically any view of my body beneath me.

"For...fucks sake..." I pant, feeling my body already growing out of breath as I'm forced to carry myself down multiple flights of stairs. "I know Imogen would have been called all sorts of names for these" I mutter, pushing my arms slightly forward as they soon bump into the sides of my overflowing chest.

Alternate Lives - Part Three

With a deep breath I pull myself to my feet, reaching down for the clothing and placing it on my bed. Rolling my neck, longing for maybe one last coffee or maybe so lunch, I decide to change into my new body so I can go out and get some food.

As much as sticking around the apartment to read up on this new life sounded lovely, giving me time to acclimate myself to my new secondary form, the thought of diving into the deep end had some perverse thrill to it.

Looking over at the quick-start guide I snatch it up, wandering over to the machinery in my wardrobe as I look between the two. With no buttons, no clear surface to interact with the device, I'd be lost without some sort of instruction. Opening up the guide I marvel at how simple the whole procedure appears to be, the steps I had to perform being downright minuscule

1. Press firmly against the empty chamber
2. Wait for glass to retract
3. Step into chamber (Remove clothes first)
4. Place mask over face and secure it
5. Count backwards from ten

To reverse procedure simply repeat steps

Alternate Lives - Part Two

As I wait in the hallway of my apartment complex, listening as I hear the sound of steps and heavy thuds climbing the stairs in a careful rhythmic fashion, I pull up my invoice as I stare at my choice of Separate Identity.

If I was dropping so much money on a new alternate body for me to enjoy then I felt it was necessary to pay for the extra mile in terms of immersion into that new body. Besides, if I had simply kept the same identity between the two bodies, my 'original' and this new spare, there would have been a lot of explaining to do amongst my friends, family, and professional contacts.

With a sigh of relief I feel an anxious weight lift from my shoulders, knowing that for that little extra cost I would simply get to avoid any of that awkwardness.

Alternate Lives - Part One

With a mug of coffee in my hand I potter about my cozy little apartment, the early morning sun creeping in through the kitchen window and bathing my living space with a rich red hue. Yawning and sipping at the steamy coffee I slowly pick at the few odds and ends I had left scattered around my home, tidying up well before I would normally be awake.

My shoulders slump and sag, my feet dragging across the well-worn oval rug beneath my coffee table as I shuffle towards the kitchen with a few snack wrappers for the bin and an old cereal bowl destined for the sink.

"Why'd it have to be this early..." I groan, draining the entire remaining mug of coffee before starting a second batch in the hopes of waking up even one iota more. As what I hoped would be the bane of my tired state slowly pours into the waiting mug I quickly finish up with the few scant dishes in the sink, eager to make my home look tidy and nice before my delivery showed up.

The Life Exchange - Part Eight

As if taking the hint from my body Shawn quickly starts the car engine, his hand immediately withdrawing as he begins to operate the stick shift. Pulling out of the parking space in silence Shawn quickly breaks it as we reach the main road.

"Let's grab some food" chirps Shawn, his eyes darting around the as if in search mentally for what sort of food to get. As we reach the first intersection out of the parking lot he suddenly snaps his fingers, grinning mischievously from ear to ear.

"I've got it" Shawn chimes excitedly, quickly slapping on the indicator as we wait for the light. "We'll get something from Jack's Grill."

The Life Exchange - Part Seven

"Come on" Shawn says, immediately shifting his tone to a more neutral state on a dime while I'm left to stew. "Let's head home."

I listen as his footstep head towards the exit, a low chuckle barely reaching me as the distance between us grows. I'm left shivering slightly in place, my thick thighs squishing against each other as I pin my legs together. My body feels extremely on edge, the time Van's body had spent in that bed certainly leaving her with a bit of a hair-trigger.

Reaching up I run my fingers delicately around the collar, the supple leather against my soft sensitive neck causing my heart to race a mile a minute. For a second I think of taking it off, establishing that I wasn't the same girl who had left this body behind. However, I can't deny how good it feels and eventually I let my hand drop back to my side.

The Life Exchange - Part Six

Slowly but surely I begin to open my eyes, desperate to see the two people talking about me. As my eyelids part I'm immediately met with the most intense amount of sleep and gunk in my eyes I'd ever experienced, forcing me to drag my hand up to my face to wipe it out. As I move my arm I let out a quiet scratchy gasp, my soft supple arm immediately brushing against and shifting the warm wobbling weight on my chest that had pooled around my armpit.

I hear a bit of a low chuckle from the younger of the two voices as I bump into my new chest, my addled mind soon realizing that it must belong to Shawn.

As I wipe my eyes I begin to get a better sense of my new body. My hands feel fairly soft, with a faint plush feeling to the fingers and my palms reminding me that I wasn't the skinniest person anymore. The motion of rubbing my eyes, as good as it feels to rid myself of the eye gunk, causes the fat both on my chest and on my upper arm to jiggle annoyingly.

The Life Exchange - Part Five

As I wait for replies with bated breath I shift back to FiFi_Fox, my curiosity peaked but the claim of a 'Clearance Offer' and just what that might entail. Pressing the offer button flashes up a banner across my screen, the fanfare involved likely to make it seem more enticing for potential clients.

The Life Exchange - Part Four

"Well...what's the harm in checking in with one of them?" I mumble, a smirk spreading across my lips as I pick up my phone. "I mean, they were recommended to me."

Pulling up the profiles I decide to look at how far I can get without really making any permanent decisions. Starting with Moll_Doll, I scroll through the profile, again lingering on the images of the stacked cheerful redhead in each of the pictures. I can feel my heart skip a beat with each one, something between her smile and her assets driving me wild each time.

As I move down beyond the wall of text she had written I find a simple button at the bottom

[BOOK SWAP]

The Life Exchange - Part Three

Happy with the information I had provided and hoping that the algorithm would do its job I quickly move back to the single solitary message I had received. After collecting myself and taking a deep breath I move to press the first link labeled 'Em_Green_2021'

The Life Exchange - Part Two

"Hi Hughes_1305

Based on your profile we have a few recommendations for you.
Be quick though, these profiles won't be around forever ;)"

I smirk at the short automated message, realizing that this was likely what I'd be seeing every few days so long as I had the app installed or an account with their service. Looking further down the message I find links and pictures leading to six profiles.

Hovering my thumb over the blue text I quickly go to check my profile, making sure that everything was in order and up-to-date prior to making any rash decisions or even starting the window shopping.
