To both my old readers from Reddit and those finding this page with fresh eyes, my warmest welcomes.
After much deliberation I have finally decided to bite the proverbial bullet and set up a proper place for my stories beyond the tenuous and difficult to search environment in which they currently are. If I were to ever lose my Reddit account, most likely from drunkenly deleting it, all those stories could be lost.
Following the lead of other creators in this area, and the advice from some helpful commenters, Blogspot has become another home for these stories.
For now, I will still be posting to Reddit but I will also add my updates here as well. Hopefully, after a bit of teething pains, I'll be able to properly label and post my back catalogue so people can more easily find search for their preferred topics as well. However, this may be a slow progress so I apologize in advance if you can't find your favorites.
Of course I'd love to hear any feedback you might have, from labels to layouts I'm sure some of you have all sorts of useful ideas.

ReplyDeleteOnly thing I'd recommend would be to add line breaks after the first paragraph or two of each story, this makes it so you have to open the page to see everything. Look for the jump break near the end of the formatting bar when making a blog post. Place this where you want it to cut off on the main page.
I think this would make navigating the site a lot nicer so you can scroll through multiple parts.
Other than that, really like the way you did all the tags, etc :D (also, your Blogger name seems to be your real name, not sure if that's intentional or not, or if it's just a pseudonym anyways haha)
